ABOUT FERINCO

Aero Ferinco was founded as a national and international Airline in Cozumel, Q. Roo On November 30, 1992. An aircraft type Cessna 206 was the first one to fly for the company and many others of the same type were acquired during the following years. To the beginning of the year 1996 the company decided to give a draft towards into the turboprop engine aircrafts with the intention of giving more comfort and safety to the increasing passengers number. In March 21 of 1996 the first aircraft type Let 410 was acquired and in a little time the fleet was growing up to six aircrafts of this type. Flights are realized towards the principal tourist destinies of the region like, Chichen Itzá, Merida, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Chetumal, Hol Box, Tulum, etc., as well as the rendering of services to the Government of Quintana Roo's State.

Due to this growth, the company was seen in the need to have personnel, equipment, facilities and infrastructure of forefront in order to offer a better service to our clients. it is as well as there is created our Maintenance Base, located in the Cozumel Island, Quintana Roo.

Nowadays we have three hangars, in where besides the services that we offer the line maintenance is offered, stay and dispatch for aircrafts.

With the experience achieved across the years and with our leader position in the whole State, the conditions were given for the opening of our own Training Center , which offers courses of formation and update for mechanics, pilots and operations officers.

Ferinco Group with Lineas Aereas del Mayab, have a fleet of 8 aircrafts, a Cessna 150, a Cessna 182N, a Cessna 206, a Cessna 401A, a Merlin IIIA, a Trislander and tow LET 410 UVP.
